No. We recommend always taking them with food to promote nutrient absorption and avoid stomach discomfort. They should not be taken on an empty stomach or without having eaten solid food.
We guarantee delivery within 24–48 hours if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (mainland Spain). Delivery times may be longer outside the mainland.
Effects vary depending on the product and the individual. Natural ingredients work progressively, reaching their maximum efficacy after 1-2 months of regular use. For example, Nervophenol may provide a sense of well-being from the first days, while Beautyphenol, which acts on skin and hair, shows more visible results after 3-4 weeks of consistent use. We recommend maintaining the treatment for at least 30 days to assess optimal effects.
Immunophenol should not be taken on the same day as the other products. Nervophenol and Beautyphenol can be combined: 2 capsules of one in the morning and 2 of the other in the afternoon or evening. To combine all three products, we recommend alternating days: one day Immunophenol, and the next day Nervophenol + Beautyphenol.
