  • All our products are locally manufactured in Catalonia, always applying the highest standards of quality and food safety.

  • Scientific opinion varies, but nighttime is often considered ideal, as it coincides with greater fluctuations in the body’s micronutrient levels. However, it’s important to take supplements with food and plenty of water to maximize nutrient absorption. Taking supplements on an empty stomach is not recommended.

  • We do not recommend our products for children. Our formulations are specifically designed and dosed for individuals aged 18 and over. Please consult your physician to assess appropriate use or dosage for those under that age.

  • No. We recommend always taking them with food to promote nutrient absorption and avoid stomach discomfort. They should not be taken on an empty stomach or without having eaten solid food.

  • We guarantee delivery within 24–48 hours if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (mainland Spain). Delivery times may be longer outside the mainland.

  • Effects vary depending on the product and the individual. Natural ingredients work progressively, reaching their maximum efficacy after 1-2 months of regular use. For example, Nervophenol may provide a sense of well-being from the first days, while Beautyphenol, which acts on skin and hair, shows more visible results after 3-4 weeks of consistent use. We recommend maintaining the treatment for at least 30 days to assess optimal effects.

  • Immunophenol should not be taken on the same day as the other products. Nervophenol and Beautyphenol can be combined: 2 capsules of one in the morning and 2 of the other in the afternoon or evening. To combine all three products, we recommend alternating days: one day Immunophenol, and the next day Nervophenol + Beautyphenol.

  • Our products are formulated to be safe, and no interactions have been reported under normal use. However, if you are undergoing medical treatment—especially with anticoagulants or immunosuppressants—we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
